Plymouth by bus or car is 20 mins and town is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive away.

Who else lives here?

We live with our son, who was born in October 2018.

What we like to do

We like to have fun! Days out, events, walking and enjoying life.

Our experience as carers

We are carers in our 30’s that have over 35 years’ experience supporting adults with mental health and learning difficulties lead the lives they want and supporting them to overcome barriers.  We have also supported adults who are under section, have drug and/or alcohol dependency issues, self harm, learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and people with forensic history.

Dan manages a team that provide support to people coming out of prison and Fiona previously managed hostels for rough sleepers and people with a learning disability.

Who we can support

This vacancy would suit a reasonably active person who needs support to develop and achieve goals. We would work to source meaningful activities and support a person to structure their life and work towards greater independence and autonomy.
