Ways we can support you

We offer an array services across Devon, Cornwall  and Somerset for anyone aged over 16 and can support a range of needs through our large network of experienced carers.

How to request a Shared Lives service

We provide a range of support services.  To request a service, please download the relevant referral form.  Once you’ve filled it in please save and send it to us via email
