The property is a working farm that has stables and barns which are home to cows, pigs, goats, horses, chickens, sheep, cats and kennels which are home to working dogs.
The house has a beautiful garden surrounding the property with beautiful countryside views, many acres owned by the farm.
The house is a large 4/5 modern detached property. As you walk in the porch there is an entrance hall with a large kitchen to the right that has an attached utility room with a door to access outside. To the left of the entrance hall is a warm living room and patio doors leading to outside.
Upstairs on the first level is a shared bathroom which has a bath no shower, the carers bedroom which includes a en-suite and a shower (Individuals are welcome to use the shower) There are also two other bedrooms on this floor. There is an attic conversation with 2 additional bedrooms including en-suites.
Family run farm within walkable distance of Chard. This is a rural site for animal lovers. Individuals will enjoy a rural setting and opportunities to grow in their independence. The carers are a supportive couple from nursing background. They enjoy the great outdoors and the raring animals.
The bedroom available is on the first floor and is a good size bedroom overlooking fields of the farm. It has a single bed, wardrobe and drawers. A double bed could fit in the room but it would reduce space for wardrobe and drawers.
There are 4 generations living within the farm-house including young children so this vacancy would not suit someone who dislikes young children.
There are many dogs living on the farm so this vacancy would not suit someone who dislikes dogs.
