Providing Outstanding Shared Lives services across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset
Shared Lives South West is a charity that recruits and trains paid carers who use their family home to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, dementia or problems related to mental health or older age.
We are an amazing model of social care that transforms the lives of people with support needs and the carers that support them across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset.
Every employee, carer and volunteer at Shared Lives South West is passionately committed to making a difference to the lives of the people supported, to the communities we live and work in, and to the wider social care sector.
