The property is a 9-bedroom Tudor house on a private estate with a private driveway that has electric gated access. The main garden is located at the front of the property and there is also a small woodland area which has seating and a firepit. They also have a hot tub. At the rear of the house there is a small courtyard which leads to a utility space. They have a field which is located away from the house; this is used for their day service and homes their alpacas and chickens. Downstairs there are 2 receptions rooms plus a spacious kitchen diner, a boot room, an office space and a downstairs toilet. Over two floors upstairs there are 9 bedrooms one of which is a cinema room. There are also 3 bathrooms. The carers have two small dogs. These carers are skilled with supporting adults who are looking to increase their independence skills potentially with the view to moving onto more independent living. They are particularly experienced with supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. The carers have supported individuals with building links in the community with different groups, accessing work opportunities and developing independence skills around daily living tasks. An individual would not be the only person supported within this household.
